Expect Tio Leo’s (5302 Napa St.) to be populated by dozens of Capt. Jack Sparrow wannabes during their pirate-themed Halloween party. The night will feature DJ Alien Tom playing ’80s dance hits, creating a swashbucklers-meets-“Sixteen Candles†vibe.
